本活動憑門票入場,随票附送場刊一本(派完即止)。

一般門票將於FaithZ門市店鋪及淘寳店作預售,售價為每張港幣55元正/人民幣50元正
預售日期:6月初開放預購至7月14日(五)下午3時止
*憑預購門票可於活動當日到現場售票處索取場刊一本(派完即止)。

活動當日亦可於會場外的售票處購買一般門票,售價為每張港幣60元正。
*每張門票只限一人入場。

■ 有關攜同兒童入場
11嵗以下兒童不用購票入場;但由於展會中有大量貴重及易碎展品,大會不建議參觀人士帶同小孩進場。
如必須攜同小孩進場,敬請陪同的家長或監護人士務必好好看管孩童,以免為參展者及其他入場人士造成任何滋擾或損失,謝謝合作。

Admission by ticket only.
Each ticket comes with a complimentary event booklet (while stock lasts).

Early bird tickets will be available at FaithZ showroom and Taobao store prior the event.
Presale ticket price: HK$55/RMB50
Presale starts from early June until 14th July (Friday) 3:00pm.
*You may collect an event booklet at the ticket counter by presenting your presale ticket on the day of the event (available while stock lasts).

Tickets are also available for purchase at the venue on the day of the event.
Regular ticket price: HK$60
*Each ticket allows admission of one person only.

■ About admission of children
Free admission is granted to children under the age of 11 years and they must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

入場安排・Admission Arrangement

*  活動當日場外將於一般入場前約一個半小時開始售票服務。
*  開場前兩個小時~兩個半小時會視情況發放號碼牌(共50個), 必須已購買門票。
   此號碼牌僅使用於一般入場,以避免插隊情況的發生,和會場內所有攤位及活動無關。
   請遵從工作人員指示,依序排隊等候入場。插隊若經檢舉屬實,工作人員會請您返回尾端重新排隊。
*  請注意領取號碼牌的人士必須持有當日有效門票,大會建議有意提早排隊的人士預先購票。

*  We will start selling tickets around one and a half hours before the general admission.
   (The ticketing counter is located outside the entrance of the venue.)
*  A total of 50 number plates will be given out to people starting from the start of the queue,
   around two hours to two and a half hours prior the start of the event.
   Please note that this number plate is only used for general admission to avoid queue
   jumping and is unrelated to any booths or activities in the event hall.
   Please queue in line accordingly and wait for admission.
   If anyone has been reported for cutting lines and with such behaviour proven to be
   true, our staff will ask the person to move back to the end of line to queue again.
*  Please note that you must possess a valid ticket before you collect a number plate. Anyone
   who is interested in joining the early queue, is advised to purchase a ticket in advance.

入場人士守則・Rules & Regulations for Visitors

■ 出入場相關
*  請依照工作人員指示,在指定出入口排隊進場。
*  如需中途離場,請向入口處的工作人員出示活動手章方可再次入場。
*  在出口處工作人員會蓋一印章於毎位離場人士之手背上,各位憑手背上之印章,可再次免費入場。
   各位請保持印章清晰,否則可被要求再購票入場(如印章不小心被弄汚可要求再蓋)。
*  5:30pm後,任何人士(包括參展組織)不得進場。

■ 活動中禁止出售的物品
*  禁止販賣食品、飲品、生物以及其他與娃娃不相關的物品。
*  任何盜版、冒牌、侵犯版權的物品。
*  任何市售商品及二手商品,包括衣服、海報、印刷品、玩具等等,只要是製造、商標、販售權,非個   人所有均不得販售。將他人的作品以任何方式的加工均屬於盜版行為。
*  自創的作品如包含任何違禁項目,不論份量的多少,均不得販賣。
*  各娃社及娃物品牌的娃品均不得販賣,但親自參展或委託販賣則不在此限。
*  任何猥褻物品及其他違法的物品。
*  任何活動的門票(不論牟利或非牟利)。
*  所有與娃娃有關的衣物之售賣必須為親自設計或製作。
*  出售物品若有著作權或法律等問題,由負責人自行承擔,大會恕不負責。

■ 會場内注意事項
*  廢棄物品應置於垃圾箱内,不得隨意棄置。
*  未得大會許可,不可進行任何攝録工作。
*  會場恕不提供尋人或尋娃服務。
*  請參加者妥善保管個人貴重物品,並請勿將私人物品隨地放置。
*  禁止在場内奔跑、嬉戲。
*  禁止在場内播放音樂,以免對在場人士做成滋擾。
*  交易問題不在本活動管轄範圍内,請買賣雙方交易前溝通清楚,以免發生糾紛。
*  若拾獲失物,請送交大會。
*  如有任何損失,大會恕不會負責。

■ 攝影相關規定
*  攝影時, 尤其使用閃光燈前, 請先徵求攤位主人及娃主同意。
*  媒體記者若有需要請向大會申請採訪攝影証。

■ Entry/Exit
*  Please follow our staff's instructions, queue up for admission at the designated entrance.
*  If you need to leave during the event, you may re-enter via our approved method of
   identification.
*  Our staff will stamp the back of the hand of every departing visitor at the Exit.
    You will be readmitted free of charge by showing us your stamp.
    Please keep the stamp clear or you might be asked to buy a new ticket for admission.
    (You may request for a new stamp if it gets ruined by accident.)
*  After 5:30pm, no one (including exhibitors) is allowed to enter the event hall.

■ Things you are not allowed to sell in Dollvie
*  Food, beverges, live animals and anything unrelated to dolls.
*  Any illegal copies, pirated, counterfeit goods.
*  Any commercial merchandise or second-hand products, including clothes, posters,
   presswork, etc. if you do not own the manufacture licence, the trademark or the right to    sell, will be ineligible for sale. Manipulation or alteration of another person's original works    is considered to be a case of copyright infringement.
*  Original works which contain any prohibited materials, regardless of the amount, are
   forbidden for sale.
*  Any products from other doll companies or brands are forbidden for sale, excluding
   consignment sale and in cases of the owner attending in person.
*  Any obscene material and other illegal items.
*  Tickets for events (profit or non-profit).
*  All doll-related clothing and accessories for sale must be designed or made by yourself.
*  Any copyright or legal issues concerning the merchandise must be undertaken by the
    person in charge. The organizer will not assume any responsibility.

■ Points to note at the venue
*  Any garbage should be disposed in trash cans. Please do not leave trash anywhere else.
*  No sound or video recordings are allowed without permission of the organizer.
*  We do not provide any investigative services for missing persons or dolls.
*  Please keep an eye on your valuables. Do not leave personal belongings unattended.
*  No running or playing inside the event hall.
*  Do not play music at the venue to avoid causing nuisance to other visitors.
*  Transaction problems do not fall under the jurisdiction of this event. We ask the buyers and
   sellers to have clear communication before transaction, in order to prevent any disputes.
*  If you find any lost property, please hand it in to the staff.
*  The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs.

■ Rules related to photography
*  Before you take any photos, especially when you need to use flashes, please remember to    ask for the permission of the booth owner and the owner of the doll first.
*  Media reporters should apply for a press pass from the organizer if required.

中央付款・Central Payment

不論付款方法,購買協力娃社産品時必須前往中央付款處付款,不能在攤位內直接付款。

使用信用卡 / 銀聯卡 / EPS 付款的人仕請注意:
1. 只限於贊助廠商攤位購物時使用。
2. 使用信用咭及銀聯咭將會被收取3%的手續費,EPS則免收手續費。

為免延長排隊付款時間,大會建議帶備足夠現金到場。
*交易貨幣為港幣;另大會恕不接受千元鈔票,不便之處,敬請見諒。

Customers must go to the designated payment counter to pay for items which they purchase from the sponsor booths, whether they choose to pay by cash or cards.
No payment should be made directly at the sponsor booths.

Regarding Credit card / UnionPay / EPS payment:
1. This is limited to purchasing items from sponsor booths only.
2. Please note that a service charge will be incurred in each transaction:
  Visa, Master, UnionPay - 3% charge, EPS - No extra charge.

In order to save time, visitors are advised to bring sufficient amount of cash to attend the event.
*Please kindly note that we accept Hong Kong Dollars only but $1000 banknotes will not be accepted. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
